Employment: Teacher Corps
Third Future Schools is hiring high-performing teachers for its Teacher Corps for 2023-24! Candidates for the Teacher Corps must:

have a Bachelor's degree (no teaching license required)

be an effective teacher or an aspiring one with at least ONE year of experience

be willing to relocate to Odessa, TX, Midland, TX, Beaumont, TX, or Baton Rouge, LA to teach a core subject (language arts, math, science, or art of thinking) in 2023-24.
In return, teachers who are selected for the Teacher Corps will receive:

a minimum salary of $75,000 per year

relocation stipend of $10,000 (150 miles away or more)

Teachers who are selected for the Teacher Corps must commit to one full school year at one of the following schools:

Ector College Prep Middle School - Odessa, TX

Sam Houston Collegiate Prep - Midland, TX

Lamar Elementary - Midland, TX

Jones-Clark Elementary - Beaumont, TX

Smith Middle School - Beaumont, TX

Prescott K-8 Academy - Baton Rouge, LA
At the end of the school year, if you are evaluated as a proficient teacher, you will be able to transfer to any school in the Third Future Schools network where there is a vacancy (e.g. in Austin, TX, Colorado Springs, or Aurora, CO).
